• How long does it take for Drivenbid.com to publish an online auction? It takes an average of 2-4 days to compile an online auction.
• Is there a minimum vehicle value to auction on Drivenbid.com? The minimum Sales price, so also Reserve Price to auction on the Drivenbid.com website is £18,000.
• Who sets the Reserve Price on the Drvenbid.com website? You, the auctioner (Seller) sets your own Reserve Price, based on your own assessment of your vehicle, its specifications, mileage, condition and history/service records etc., against the open "Private" market: Remeber. a Trader selling a similar vehicle will have a higher "mar-up" price as they are in business to make profit.
• What happens after Drivenbid.com has compiled my online auction? Drivenbid.com will present your compiled auction for your approval & feedback for editing as necessary.
• How long will my auction run for on Drivenbid.com? An often "second/third" specialist, collectors or classic car, is unlike a "daily"  car or commercial vehicle that may be needed to be replaced quite quick. It may take longer to achieve a sale and we, therefore, recommend an online auction period of 14-20 days. inc. a pre-auction "Coming Soon" pre-auction start period.
• What if my vehicle does not achieve my set Reserve Price? In the event the final price bid is within @10% of the set Reserve Price, Drivenbid.com will discuss with both you, The Seller, and highest bidder if a mutually agreeable price can be negotiated between all parties.
• Can I place my vehicle in a second auction if it fails to sell? Based upon the bidding activity & price achieved in any prior auction, with a negotiated Reserve Price, then yes, and again free.
•  How much does it cost to sell a motor home through Drivenbid.com? The buyer’s fee is a flat 5% plus VAT (as applicable). There is no fee to place an auction: It is FREE to auction.
• When is the buyer’s fee payment made for a winning bid on a vehicle on Drivenbid.com? Payment must be made within 24 hrs of the “hammer falling” and an email will be sent to confirm this and you as the winning bidder.
• How is the buyer’s payment made for a winning bid on a motor home on Drivenbid.com? We request direct bank transfer payment to our account within 24 hrs.
•  What happens if I the buyer’s fee is not paid within 24 hrs? Drivenbid.com will then offer the motor home to the second highest bidder giving them the opportunity to buy at the hammer price achieved.
• What happens once the buyer’s fee has been paid? Drivenbid.com will release the contact details of the seller for both parties to meet and conclude the buying transaction of the motor home at the hammer price.
• When should the owner (auctioning seller) pay the winning hammer price for the vehicle? Within 7 days of the auction ending.

1. The winning Buyer of a vehicle auction with Drivenbid.com, will be protected by normal consumer laws (UK) if the seller is a registered Trader.
2. If the case of a private Seller, the winning Buyer of a motor vehicle with Drivenbid.com, will be issued, with a free carVertical vehicle report.
3.  If there is anything materially different between the seller’s auction details and the carVertical check when viewing the vehicle won, the winning Buyer will, before exchanging funds to complete the purchase, have the option to withdraw the offer without any recompense to the Seller.
4. If, a material difference is revealed in the carVertical check report, the Seller may wish to renegotiate a lesser price with the winning Buyer in an attempt to complete the sale. However, such negotiations outside the final hammer price will be at the discretion and understanding of both parties involved. Drivenbid.com does not act as an Agent for either Buyer or Seller.
