address and a contact telephone no. How much does it cost to buy a specialist motor vehicle through Drivenbid.com? The buyer’s fee is a flat 5% plus VAT (as
applicable).When is the buyer’s fee payment made for a
winning bid on a vehicle on Drivenbid.com? Payment must be made
within 24 hrs of the “hammer falling” and an email will be sent to confirm this
and you as the winning bidder.How is the buyer’s payment made for a winning
bid on a motor vehicle on Drivenbid.com? We request direct bank transfer
payment to our account within 24 hrs.What
if I the buyer’s fee is not paid
within 24 hrs? Drivenbid.com will then offer the vehilce to the
second highest bidder giving them the opportunity to buy at the hammer price
achieved.What happens once the buyer’s fee has been paid? Drivenbid.com will release the contact details of the seller for both
parties to meet and conclude the buying transaction of the motor vehicle at the
hammer price.When should the owner (auctioning seller) pay
the winning hammer price for the vehicle won? Within 7 days of the auction

with Drivenbid.com, do I have any consumer protection? If the seller is
a Trader, you will be protected by normal consumer laws (UK). If the seller is
a private person, we will issue you, the buyer, a CarVertical vehicle report.What if I inspect the motor vehicle won through a Drivenbid.com auction, there is something not in-line with the details
of the CarVertical check report? If there is anything materially different
between the seller’s auction details and the CarVertical check when viewing the
motor vehicle won, you will have the option to withdraw your offer.What if I withdraw my offer based on the
CarVertical check report showing a material difference against the actual
vehicle: What about the Buyers Fee paid? If, instead of negotiating with the
seller, you decide to withdraw your offer, Drivenbid.com will make a
refund of the Buyer’s Premium paid, less an amount for our administration charge.If, subject to a material difference in the
CarVertical check report against the motor vehicle won, I renegotiate a lesser
price with the seller, will I receive back a corresponding refund of the Buyer’s
Premium? No, unfortunately not. The freely supplied CarVertical Check
(applicable on Private sales only) will have provided you “withdrawal option”
to fully withdraw. If instead you negotiated a lesser price with the Seller,
this will have been your decision outside the provision of the withdrawal
option.
